ABSTRACT & EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

According to SCOPE Consumer & Enterprise Insights, around one-fifth of enterprise organizations in Metropolitan Jakarta have upgraded their enterprise PMO capability maturity in the last twelve months. Online and offline delivery channels are roughly on a par in this regard. However, significant differences exist between SOE governance structures and private sector portfolio management.

Comprehensive empirical dataset measuring PMO capability maturity levels, decision escalation rights, staffing ratios, and project success rates across 120 major enterprises in Metropolitan Jakarta.
